What You’ll Do:
As an AT&T Campaign Sales Associate, you’ll bring AT&T’s products and services to life through in-store events and face-to-face customer engagement.

Represent the AT&T brand at various retail locations and live event activations

Interact with customers to educate, engage, and close sales

Collaborate with your team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly campaign goals

Participate in team meetings focused on sales strategy, customer experience, and professional growth

Track sales performance and help optimize campaigns based on real-time feedback

Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture

Learn the full life cycle of a campaign — from setup to reporting and everything in between

Gain hands-on experience in leadership, sales, and brand strategy
What We’re Looking For:

0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred

Strong people skills — you’re friendly, approachable, and confident engaging with customers

Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a team-first mindset

Excited to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments

Strong communicator who can adapt to different customer personalities

Comfortable standing for extended periods and working flexible hours

Reliable transportation (ability to travel locally up to 40 miles as needed)

Peak Nashville is hiring Retail Sales Representatives in Nashville, TN to represent AT&T in a fast-paced, face-to-face retail setting. This is a W-2 employee position offering guaranteed base pay of $500–$1,200 per week, plus uncapped commission on every sale.

As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll work in-store at major retail locations, interacting directly with customers. You’ll be the face of the AT&T brand—introducing new products, explaining wireless service plans, and helping customers upgrade their devices or set up new service. Our reps thrive on performance, love engaging with people, and enjoy the challenge of turning conversations into connections.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engaging shoppers inside retail stores to introduce AT&T’s latest wireless plans and devices

Actively listening to customers to understand their needs and recommending tailored solutions

Enrolling customers in wireless plans and assisting with activations and upgrades

Maintaining product knowledge and confidently discussing features, pricing, and promotions

Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly sales goals

Collaborating with your team to create a positive, productive store atmosphere
